The Acute Respiratory Infection Clinic at Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai is now open, providing one-stop services to adult patients on the 2nd floor of Bangkok Plaza, including screening patients in high-risk categories and those who require screening prior to travel, while being isolated from other patients and hospital visitors in the main building.

The clinic is fully prepared to assist the patients, including a chamber room with international standard medical devices where a physician can diagnose patients with an infectious disease specialty. Patients can also pay and buy medicines at the same counter after consulting the doctor.
According to the Ministry of Public Health announcement, the ARI Clinic carefully separates high-risk patients and patients who come for screening, and considerations about social distancing to reduce the risk of COVID-19 spreading.

- History taking and initial screening by the nurse
- Wait at the rest area for a queue
- Wait for a result
- ATK: Result in 15 minutes
- RT-PCR: Result time depends on the examination cycle (3 cycles/day) as follows:
- Before 9.30 a.m., the result will be available at 17.00 p.m.
- Before 12.30 p.m., the result will be available at 20.00 p.m.
- Before 17.30 p.m., the result will be available in 24 hours.
Patients can choose to receive test results through email, call, or in person.
