The Out-Patient Department is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm seven days a week. The Trauma and Emergency Service Center is open 24 hours a day.

Please register at the registration counter on the first floor upon arrival. Bring your passport if you are a new patient.

Medical emergencies, same-day, and next-day appointments cannot be scheduled using the hospital website. Please call 052-089-888 or 1719 for medical emergencies, same-day, and next-day appointments.

Our team of interpreters is available to attend appointments with you. In addition to the Thai and English languages, the case coordinators in the International Medical Service can assist you in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Burmese, French, and a number of other languages.

Patients are required to pay a deposit based on the category of the room at the time of admission. In case of a surgery or medical procedure, patients are required to pay the total estimated amount before the surgery.

For questions about your insurance coverage, contact your insurance provider. The International Third Party Payer Services Department is also available to assist you by calling 052-089-844.

Our Estimator Team is available for patients who have questions about the cost of services or procedures they may receive. Any information received is only an estimate. We base the estimated cost on the expected services to be performed. Many factors will influence the final amount billed. We may find it necessary to perform more, fewer, or different procedures than originally expected at the time of service. Contact the Estimator Department at 052-089-721.
