1st Volunteer Spiritual Activity: Living for Life – Living for Others - Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai EN

On the 3rd anniversary of Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai, Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai joined with the Vejdusit Foundation and Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Public Company Limited (BDMS) at the 1st Volunteer Spiritual Activity called “Living for Life - Living for Others” at Ban Mae Yang Ha School, Samoeng District, Chiang Mai Province, on 8 September 2017.

The volunteer activity was led by Major General Niwat Boonyuen, Vice President of Group 4 and Director of Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai, Assoc. A. Atchimasetthabutra, Director and Secretary of the Dusit Foundation, Dr. Duangjai Sinthunsang, SVP Corporate HR, BDMS and the management staff of Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai and affiliated business alliances.

Area schools were surveyed to find the schools in need of assistance. Ban Mae Yang Five School was the school selected by Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai in collaboration with the Vejdusit Foundation. Lunch was held with the students at the event. Financial support was provided to improve the nursing room, supporting equipment and medical supplies. In addition, 240 sportswear kits from BDMS and donations from BDMS business affiliates and Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai employees, such as basic medicines, wound dressings, teaching materials, stationery and toiletries kits were provided to the students.
