CMU Confucius Institute Visits Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai: Strengthening Healthcare and Cultural Collaboration

On January 7, 2025, a delegation from the Confucius Institute at Chiang Mai University, led by Director Lian Chen, visited Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai to deepen collaboration in healthcare services and cultural education. The visit aimed to explore ways to enhance medical services for the Chinese community in Thailand and Chinese tourists, ensuring top-quality care and support for Chinese patients.

Dr. Narintara Boonjongcharoen, Hospital Director and BDMS Group 4 CEO of Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai, along with the Marketing Representative Ms. Tippawan, warmly welcomed the Confucius Institute delegation. The two parties engaged in fruitful discussions on potential areas of collaboration.

During a hospital tour, the delegation gained insight into Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai’s state-of-the-art medical facilities and services, including internationally renowned health checkup and wellness programs, advanced diagnostic equipment, Sky-ICU Services, and the newly opened Bangkok Plaza 2, which provides premium dining and convenience services for patients and their families.
